My approach
As a nutritional therapist, my aim is to help you achieve optimal health and well-being and feel the best you can.
I will work with you on a one to one basis to try to identify any imbalances and address any underlying causes for any health concern. I believe that no two people are the same therefore a ‘one size fits all’ approach doesn’t work.
I understand that making meaningful, long-term changes can be a gradual process and has its challenges. I know that time is precious so try to ensure that any recommendations are realistic and achievable for you. I will work with you to devise a personalised nutritional and lifestyle plan to help address any health goals you may have and support you to optimal health.
