WHAT TO EXPECT

I offer a free, no obligation 15 minute phone call to discuss your needs.
Prior to your first consultation:
Before attending your first appointment, you will be sent a questionnaire which will help provide some background information on your health, lifestyle and establish any health goals that you may have. You will also be sent a 5 day diet food and drink diary. These are both are to be completed and returned back to me via email at least 48 hours before our session.
Initial consultation:
An initial appointment will usually last 1.5h, during this time we will discuss your health concerns and I will take a full health questionnaire that looks in detail at your medical and family history, your diet, your lifestyle and any symptoms you may have. This allows me to build up a picture of what's going on in your body and identify where changes may be needed.
I will then provide you will a personalised plan with nutritional and lifestyle recommendations. I will provide meal ideas and may offer advice on lifestyle factors such as exercise, sleep and relaxation. I may also suggest nutritional supplements although this is not always necessary and food comes first. It is crucial that the plan is both realistic and manageable for you so care is taken to achieve this.
